 The Medicare Drug Prescription Program enters its second year starting Jan. 1, 2007.
On Nov. 15, 2006, Medicare Part D began a SIX-WEEK enrollment or re-enrollment period. Seniors unhappy with their coverage can switch to a different plan only in this time period. If the senior is satisfied with their plan, their coverage will continue automatically.
